⚔︎ Returns & Refunds
I do not accept returns and will not issue refunds on lost packages or orders with incorrect addresses.
In the case the package is undeliverable AND comes back to me, I will issue a refund.
In the case the package is delivered to the incorrect mailing address (as provided by the buyer) I will not issue a refund. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct and complete mailing address.
In the case the package is marked as delivered, but the buyer has not received it, please first check with housemates, neighbors, doormen, security footage, your mail carrier, and your local post office.
In the case a package is marked as lost in delivery by the shipping company, I will not issue a refund. Please contact the shipping company with your tracking number and file a claim. Click here if your package was sent with USPS. Click here if your package was sent with UPS.
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect please reach out to me right away. I’ll work with you to determine the best solution. Please take photos or videos while unboxing and contact me within 24hrs of delivery.
Refunds will only be issued upon my receiving of the returned item; buyer pays return shipping. (USPS will likely have the cheapest option, if you can reuse the packaging).
