DELIVERY

  • Yes. We do ship our items internationally via USPS and UPS. Please contact us in order to get a quote for shipping prices to ship to your location.

    Agent Crush Creative LLC is not responsible for any international customs / duty fees.

  • Since many items are made to order and that takes time, I currently do not offer express shipping. However, if you need your order quickly, let me know! I will do my best to ship it out as soon as possible to ensure it reaches you in time.

  • Items are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders take about 1-2 business days to be processed, and can be shipped with the following services:

    • USPS Ground Mail (3-7 Business Days)

    • USPS Priority Mail (2-5Business Days)

    Agent Crush Creative LLC is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. Agent Crush Creative LLC is not responsible if any packages are delayed, lost, or stolen when packages are in the hands of the carrier. Buyer is responsible to follow up with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • If you have not yet received a shipping email, you can contact me to see if changing your order or updating your shipping address is possible.

    If your order has shipped, cancellations or changes will not be possible but you may initiate a return or exchange (see below).

QUALITY

  • I mostly work with polyester, linen, and thick velvet. Each listing will have more information on what type of fabric(s) used in each item.

  • I work mostly with veg tan leather. Sometimes I explore different animal-derived (real) leathers, and each listing will have individual information on what I use.

  • A customized cloak form will be available soon.

  • I may accept customizing certain items in my shop that I already make.

    At this time, I only accept new custom item work from friends & family.

    If this changes I will announce being open for commissions on my socials.

CARE

  • Most of the fabrics I work will will wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low, or hang dry. Bleaching or ironing is not recommended.

    Each listing will have care instructions that pertain to how to care for the specific fabrics or leathers used. Each packaged item also comes with a cleaning information card.

  • To clean and refresh leather, a few drops of household cooking oil such as olive oil or coconut oil will do wonders to shine, buff, and soften your leather pieces. Rub oil onto the piece, leave overnight, and buff with a soft cloth the next day.

RETURNS

  • NO - I do not accept returns and will not issue refunds on lost packages or orders with incorrect addresses.

    YES - In the case the package is undeliverable and comes back to me, I will issue a refund.

    YES - If your item arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect please reach out to me right away. I’ll work with you to determine the best solution, whether that’s a replacement or another resolution, to ensure your satisfaction. Please take photos or videos while unboxing and contact me within 3 of delivery.

    Refunds will be issued upon my receiving of the returned item; buyer pays return shipping. (USPS will likely have the cheapest option, if you can reuse the packaging)

  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet and you would like to exchange your item for a different style or color of the same price please contact me.

    The exchange window is within 5 days of the tracking being marked as “delivered”. If the order has been shipped and received, you may purchase the new item, and the exchange will be processed separately via the return process.

  • For wholesale inquiries I offer discounts by volume on certain items. More information will be available soon. Please contact me to discuss further.
